Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use NullBin.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions, or bans.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate any person or organization.

You agree not to use NullBin to host, deploy, or transmit:

• Malware, cryptominers, botnets, or code that attempts to escape or subvert the sandbox.
• Denial-of-service tooling, port scanners, spam, or mass unsolicited traffic.
• Phishing pages, fraud, or content designed to deceive or harm others.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates any applicable law.
• Sexually explicit material involving minors, or content that promotes violence or illegal activity.

You must respect the CPU, memory, disk, and network limits applied to each container, and you may not attempt to circumvent VPN/proxy, rate-limiting, or abuse-prevention controls.

NullBin respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content hosted on NullBin infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL or subdomain of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

We will remove or disable access to infringing content promptly and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.

You retain ownership of the code and content you deploy. You are solely responsible for it and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You grant NullBin the limited technical rights needed to store, build, execute, and serve your content in order to operate the service.

Backends that violate these Terms may be stopped and removed without notice. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated. To prevent continued abuse, we may block the IP addresses associated with a suspended account, which can also prevent creating new accounts from that address.

We aim to be fair. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected].

NullBin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important code and data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NullBin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it, including your rights to access, export, and delete your data.
